Building Detail
These buildings are designed and built to fit your site. They are manufactured in Durham to British Standards using British steel from "Corus" The quality is excellent.
Once erected they are virtually maintenance free.
The colour, length, width and height of the buildings and the position of doors, skylights, personal access doors and windows are individually designed to suit your requirements.
Max building span 30 metres. Max height to Eaves 6.5m. Max roller door width 5m.
Materials
Galvanised steel frame with galvanised steel sheeting coated with "plastisol" a plastic weatherproof coating guaranteed for 15 years. Buildings bolt together to form a very strong structure.
Condensation proofing
The roof sheets ( optional on wall sheets) are supplied lined with "Condenstop", a layered synthetic nonwoven fleece produced by Lantor that absorbs moisture and prevents dripping.
Insulation
Corus provide 40mm, 60mm, 80mm and 100mm Trisomet insulation panels. See the corus website for details. Other options include fitting out the buildings with conventional insulation panels or spray coating.
